Returns

• You may return any unworn, unused, and unwashed item within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@awand.co.uk with your order number and the details of the item you wish to return.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

International Orders

• We gladly accept returns from customers worldwide.
• Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges that may apply when returning items.

Exchanges

• If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
